About this role

HR Operations Business Partner Area of Responsibility As an HR Operations Business Partner, you will be part of the People & Culture organization, acting as the local HR representative in a manufacturing site and ensuring effective cooperation between the business and the HR Operations Hub. Your primary responsibility will be to support managers and employees in day-to-day HR matters, coordinate local HR and payroll activities, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide operational HR support requiring on-site presence. You will play an important role in driving HR processes, supporting organizational transformation, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. More specifically, you will: • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers on workforce planning, attendance, performance, employee relations, and organizational matters. • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR and payroll-related topics. • Coordinate the delivery of HR and payroll processes locally, ensuring accurate information flow between the site and centralized HR teams. • Monitor HR process compliance and identify deviations, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. • Support employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, contractual changes, disciplinary processes, and exits. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll-related documentation and employee data. • Support local employee relations activities, including cooperation with employee representatives and trade unions in line with company guidelines. • Participate in audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities such as labor and social insurance institutions. • Manage local HR documentation and personnel files, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. • Support HR transformation initiatives, process standardization, digitalization, and implementation of the hub operating model. • Prepare HR reports and analyze key workforce indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and labor costs. • Support employee engagement, communication, and change management activities within the site. • Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within Payroll and HR Operations. Who are you? You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys working close to the business while ensuring compliance, process excellence, and high-quality employee support. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic manufacturing environment and can effectively balance local operational needs with company standards and centralized ways of working. You have strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Educational background • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in HR, Labour Law, Payroll, or HR Operations would be an advantage. You have • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations Poland, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or a similar HR role. • Experience supporting managers and employees in a manufacturing environment. • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. • Experience working with payroll-related processes and employee documentation. • Knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administration practices. • Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. • Very good communication skills in both Polish and English. • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential employee information. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors). • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Very good English skills (minimum B2). Nice to have Experience in an international SSC/GBS environment. Experience supporting HR transformation, transition, or standardization projects. Experience cooperating with trade unions and employee representatives. Experience participating in audits and labor inspections. Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce reporting.
