We are seeking proactive and skilled Property Services Engineer to join our team who both maintain and enhance our school’s buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance;Conducting refurbishment and decoration projects to improve learning spaces;Supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements; Maintaining outdoor areas and completing seasonal site tasks.We’re looking for:
Experience in premises or facilities maintenance;Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs;Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous;Commitment to health and safety regulations;Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.Why Join Us?
