Join our trust leadership team as Chief Financial Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our trust of two schools: Torquay Boys' Grammar School and Torquay Academy. This is more than a numbers role: it’s about strategy, stewardship, and impact to improve education in Torquay.
You will:
Drive financial planning and ensure long-term sustainability;Identify opportunities to maximise resources to support educational excellence;Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with statutory requirements;Provide clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions;Build strong relationships across the school community and with external partners;Champion best practice in financial governance and risk management;Contribute to major projects and capital developments.We’re looking for:
