As Support Manager, you will:
Play an active role in managing student behaviour day-to-day.Support the Team Leader in implementing behavioural interventions.Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, families, and external agencies.Provide care, guidance, and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.What we’re looking for:
