In this role, you'll be the face of the Players Club—welcoming guests, promoting membership, and providing helpful information about casino amenities and promotions. With a focus on building lasting guest relationships, you'll play a key part in creating a fun and memorable experience.
Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Players Club Host:
• Promote the Players Club by attracting new members and providing excellent guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Explain club benefits, issue cards, and show guests how to use them.
• Provide accurate information about the casino, promotions, and amenities.
• Create and update guest accounts while keeping their information secure.
• Spend time on the casino floor signing up new members and promoting the club.
• Help with marketing efforts and assist during special events and giveaways.
• Provide limited complimentary items or services to guests.
• Sell and issue Bingo gift certificates.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What you need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous high volume customer service experience
• Office skills
Even better if you have the following:
• Data entry experience
