Field Sales Representative - Local Partner Acquisition Help Local Businesses Grow While Building a New Delivery Network We're looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Representative to help launch an exciting new local delivery partnership program. In this field-based role, you'll connect with small business owners, introduce a business growth opportunity, qualify potential partners, and guide them through the onboarding process.Working closely with a Field Manager, you'll build relationships in the community, generate referrals, support local recruiting events, and help expand a growing network of delivery partners. This role offers a mix of outside sales, relationship building, and community engagement, along with commission-earning potential.Key Responsibilities
• Visit prospective businesses in assigned territories to generate interest in the program. • Present the partnership opportunity and explain program benefits to business owners. • Qualify interested businesses and guide them through the application and onboarding process. • Manage lead activity and sales pipeline within Salesforce. • Support community recruiting events, including networking sessions, informational meetings, and local outreach efforts. • Partner with chambers of commerce, business associations, and community organizations to generate referrals. • Maintain accurate lead and applicant data through weekly reporting and CRM updates. Qualifications
• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-facing skills. • Comfortable with cold outreach and field-based prospecting. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly. • Bilingual Spanish or Somali is a plus. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory. Work Environment This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within the local market. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, professional, and excited about building relationships while helping local businesses explore new growth opportunities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arden Hills, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
