Job Title: Electronics Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionThis entry-level electronics assembly role supports multiple departments in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will work with circuit boards, small wires, and various electronic components, performing hands-on assembly, inspection, and testing. The position offers consistent daytime hours, the opportunity to cross-train across departments, and requires prior manufacturing or assembly experience.Responsibilities

• Assemble and handle circuit boards, small wires, and electronic components with attention to detail and quality standards. • Follow visual aids, work instructions, and production documentation to perform detailed checks on final products. • Use hand tools and small power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks safely and accurately. • Operate or work around test fixtures to verify performance of products that have already been assembled. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings to complete assembly and testing tasks correctly. • Lift up to 2035 pounds consistently, depending on department, while maintaining safe material handling practices. • Stand for the full shift to perform assembly and inspection tasks, with awareness that a limited number of roles may be seated. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following facility safety and cleanliness standards. • Participate in coaching and on-the-job training to build skills in electronics, soldering, and assembly processes. • Complete assigned production quotas and meet daily performance and quality targets. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and support continuous improvement. Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of assembly line experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment. • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, including mechanical or electronic assembly work. • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently, with capability to lift up to approximately 35 pounds in some departments. • Ability to stand for the full shift to perform assembly and inspection tasks. • Experience using hand tools and small power tools for assembly, repair, or related tasks. • Willingness to interview and commit to a minimum 3month contract assignment. • Reliability in adhering to the scheduled shift: MondayThursday 6:00 a.m.3:30 p.m. and Friday 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m., with every other Friday off. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Assembly experience is preferred, including small part assembly or electronic assembly. • Experience with electrical repair or as a repair technician is beneficial. • Exposure to electronics manufacturing or working with circuit boards and small wires is an advantage. • Soldering experience, including thru hole soldering, is helpful. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings. • Familiarity with electronic assembly processes and basic power electronics concepts. • Experience with crimping and using small hand tools and small power tools in a production setting. • Comfort using measuring tools such as tape measures in a production environment. • Detail orientation suitable for testing products and running test fixtures. The standard shift runs Monday-Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with every other Friday off. Dress is typical for a light industrial electronics setting, suitable for working safely with tools, machinery, and electronic components. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
