• Assemble complex subassemblies and complete machine builds for custom extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding equipment • Interpret highly detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions • Install and align hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Assemble major machine components with minimal supervision • Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and machine startup • Perform precision measurements and alignment to maintain critical tolerances • Support equipment testing, startup, repair, and rebuild projects • Safely operate machine shop equipment, including lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, and grinders • Assist with material movement and component handling using forklifts when required • Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment What We're Looking For Required Skills
• Mechanical assembly experience, preferably building industrial machinery or equipment • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation abilities • Experience working with hydraulic systems and components • Experience working with pneumatic systems and controls • Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform precision assembly and maintain tight tolerances • Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment Not Just Assembly. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.There is a competitive Benefits plan offered - this is available for review.
