• Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews on job sites • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment • Perform site cleanup and debris removal • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and prepare work areas • Operate hand and power tools safely • Support concrete, framing, demolition, and general construction activities • Follow all safety procedures and company policies • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications
• Previous construction, landscaping, or outdoor general labor experience preferred but not required • Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team • Strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer
