Skilled Laborer - Metal Building Construction Pay: $21-$24/hrFull-Time | Year-Round Work | Benefits Available Join a Team with Steady Work and Long-Term Growth We're hiring a Skilled Laborer to support the construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants stable, year-round work, competitive pay, and the chance to build a long-term career with a growing company.You'll work hands-on assembling and installing metal building systems, using blueprints, hand tools, and lifts to help complete commercial construction projects safely and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing
• Assist with the assembly and installation of pre-engineered metal buildings. • Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place according to blueprints and project specifications. • Work with hand and power tools including ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, tin snips, pliers, and speed squares. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. • Operate from scissor lifts while following all fall protection and safety requirements. • Support daily construction activities while maintaining quality workmanship. • Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of construction experience. • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. • Ability to read and understand blueprints. • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. • Ability to work in a physically demanding construction environment. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications
• Welding experience is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with MIG or Stick welding. • Experience with metal building, steel erection, or structural construction projects. • Experience working from scissor lifts or elevated platforms. Why Join This Team?
