Job Description We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will perform welding and fabrication work on a variety of metal products and assemblies while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, preparing materials, and producing quality welds in a shop or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. • Perform welding using one or more welding processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core. • Prepare materials for welding through cutting, grinding, fitting, beveling, and other fabrication techniques. • Assemble and weld components according to specifications and quality standards. • Inspect completed welds and perform basic quality checks to ensure compliance with requirements. • Use measuring tools to verify dimensions, alignment, and fit-up. • Operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment safely. • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to complete projects on schedule. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety policies and proper PPE requirements. • Support production goals and adapt to changing priorities as needed. • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency. Required Skills

• Experience with welding in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. • Knowledge of common welding techniques and fabrication practices. • Experience operating welding equipment and related shop tools safely. • Ability to perform material preparation, fit-up, and assembly work. • Understanding of weld quality standards and inspection requirements. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to lift, move, and position materials safely as required. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, etc.). • Welding certifications are a plus but not required. • Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, production, structural steel, pipe welding, or custom builds. • Familiarity with cranes, forklifts, hoists, or other material-handling equipment. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use common shop tools and measuring equipment. • Desire to grow into lead, trainer, or supervisory opportunities. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
