• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM What You'll Do As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll help maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous production operations.Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly to keep production running • Repair and replace single-phase and three-phase motors • Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment • Support equipment upgrades, expansions, and new machinery installations • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance What We're Looking For
• Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting • Knowledge of motors, VFDs, electrical controls, and manufacturing equipment • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems • Strong troubleshooting mindset and commitment to safety • Experience performing preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment Build Your Future Here This is more than just a maintenance role. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $82056.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
