Manufacturing Assembler Pay: Up to $24/hour (based on experience) Schedule Options Available Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Work only 3 days per week Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours Enjoy 4 days off every week Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our growing production team. In this role, you will build mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand and power tools while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities.The ideal candidate has manufacturing assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical documentation while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical and electrical products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. • Build assemblies, subassemblies, and control panel components according to blueprints and work instructions. • Install wiring, cable labels, device tags, and electrical components accurately. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and production documentation. • Badge into and out of work orders within the Epicor production system to maintain accurate labor tracking. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times. • Utilize tape measures and precision tools to ensure assemblies meet required specifications and tolerances. • Perform quality inspections on completed units before final release. • Identify wire gauges, colors, and ampacities while completing electrical assembly tasks. • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues. • Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and delivery expectations. • Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to perform basic measurements and simple math calculations • Ability to inspect finished products for quality and compliance • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English • Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications
• Mechanical assembly experience • Electrical assembly or wiring experience • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, circuit breakers, and industrial control components • Experience reading electrical schematics • Knowledge of NEMA enclosure ratings • Experience using ERP systems such as Epicor • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Why Join Our Team?
