• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment. • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. • Read work orders and follow daily production schedules. • Stack, sort, and package finished products. • Use tape measures, gauges, and measuring tools to verify specifications. • Complete production paperwork and basic computer data entry. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For
• Manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred. • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. • Basic computer and math skills. • Comfortable working around machinery in a production environment. • Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift. • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed. • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
