Salary: $18.00/hour Job Description Job Title: Wawa Human Resources Program (Summer 2027) Duration: Full Time. May 17, 2027 - August 07, 2027 Location: Media, PA (Onsite 4 days per week) Rate: $18.00/hr Wawa Internship Program Overview The Wawa Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a collaborative corporate environment, where they work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects, and build skills that support their academic and professional growth. Throughout the summer, interns participate in professional development and networking opportunities with fellow interns and company leaders. The program culminates in a capstone presentation, where interns showcase key projects, accomplishments, and the impact of their contributions. We are currently seeking three interns to join our People Team for Summer 2027. What You'll Do As a Human Resources Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Wawa's Talent, Leadership Development, and Payroll teams. Depending on business needs and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to:

• Support talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and payroll initiatives that impact associates across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve processes, and support key People Team programs and projects.

• Assist with reporting, audit preparation, documentation, process improvement, and compliance-related activities.

• Leverage data and AI-driven tools to generate insights and support business decision-making.

• Gain exposure to other People Team operations such as talent acquisition, business partners, and project management while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. Essential Functions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.

• Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Previous internship, project, or leadership experience is preferred.
