As an External Talent Solutions Onboarding Associate you will support people operations activities focused on onboarding and related human resource transactions within our Internal Firm Services practice. As an Associate you will learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment, adapt to varied stakeholder needs, ask questions, and take ownership of your work while developing your skills and building your professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will help support employee onboarding processes, respond to inquiries in line with HR protocols, maintain accurate records, and contribute to day-to-day operational work that helps the broader human resources function run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supporting external talent onboarding activities by coordinating employee data entry, document collection, and workflow updates - Processing onboarding transactions in HR systems while validating accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records - Responding to HR service requests by routing inquiries, gathering information, and escalating issues according to established protocols - Maintaining confidential employee information and organizing onboarding files, templates, and process documentation - Tracking onboarding milestones, follow-up items, and exception cases across multiple workstreams - Applying HR policies, labor law requirements, and service delivery procedures to routine onboarding tasks - Using HR software, digital tools, and data quality checks to monitor status updates and resolve processing errors - Gathering information from multiple sources to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
