As a Financial Statement Audit Associate 2 you will support audit procedures, gather and review information, and contribute to work that helps evaluate financial statements and internal controls within our Audit and Assurance practice. As an Associate, you will focus on learning, adapting to different client situations, building commercial awareness, and developing the judgment needed to contribute to project tasks and team goals. In this role at PwC, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of assigned work, ask questions when the path forward is not clear, and build your skills while delivering dependable support to client engagements.

Responsibilities

Manage staffing demand and capacity: Review staffing requests and assign professionals based on client needs, scope, skills, prior experience, and availability while supporting effective project staffing.

Ensure compliance, schedule accuracy, and conflict resolution: Follow process and quality guidelines, perform compliance checks, maintain accurate bookings in scheduling tools, and resolve overbookings or staffing conflicts.

Optimize utilization and performance reporting: Minimize staffing gaps and non-billable time, manage unplanned demands, optimize resources during busy periods, and publish KPI reports/dashboards to track business, operational, and people metrics.

What You Must Have

- Graduate in any workstream, with good academic record. - 2 years of relevant, post-qualification work experience in a reputed organization with a proven track record of career growth and stability. - Oral and written proficiency in English required - Beginner skills in resource deployment/workforce management domain.
