Project Manager (3+ Years Experience) Lead Complex Industrial Projects with a Growing Industry Leader! We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee large-scale industrial construction and engineering projects across aviation, parcel distribution, logistics, postal, and food & beverage markets.This role offers the opportunity to manage highly visible projects directly with owners and end users while leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and successful project delivery.Responsibilities
• Manage projects from award through closeout • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Coordinate engineering, field, subcontractor, and vendor activities • Lead project meetings and drive accountability across teams • Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and submittals • Identify and resolve project risks and technical challenges • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget • Mentor Project Engineers and support team development Qualifications
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools • Bluebeam experience preferred • Industrial, mechanical, structural, material handling, or construction project experience is highly desirable Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
