Responsibilities • Accountable for ensuring the coordination and management of all aspects of export/import operations from order creation/receipt through final delivery and invoicing processes • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective use of operational IT systems and support tools. • Control, monitor and utilize the flexitank fleet at optimum levels of cost efficiency while ensuring customer requirements are met at all times. • Develop effective relationships with customers, service providers, and other Hillebrand Gori offices and agents to meet customer needs. • Ensure Sales Managers are kept informed of issues that may affect their responsibilities and decision-making. • Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, trade, and company policies related to logistics and freight forwarding operations. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Required Competencies • Computer skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Problem-solving ability and analytical skills. • Good oral and written communication skills in English. • Good planning and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience / Education / Degrees • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations. • Knowledge of customs documentation and regulations. • Experience in handling Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS) cargo will be highly preferred.
