Job Purpose To lead the country-level implementation of initiatives outlined in the global IT/BPO roadmap, ensuring alignment with Hillebrand Gori’s strategic priorities and Strategy 2030. The Country BPO Lead drives operational excellence, strengthens process governance, supports the adoption of global standards, and ensures full utilization of systems and tools within the country.
Principal Accountabilities:
Implementation of Initiatives • Support implementation of global initiatives with strategic importance, including GSC roll‑out and GTOM implementation • Coordinate and support local adoption of tools (e.g., CPQ, QRS, myHG). • Ensure timely, structured, and high-quality execution of projects at country level.
Process Governance & Continuous Improvement • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Implement country-level continuous improvement initiatives using the First Choice toolbox. • Drive reduction of process deviations and promote compliance with SOPs.
System & Tools • Gather feedback from network on company tools used, e.g. FLOW, CPQ, myHG, Qlik and/or Reporting. • Review enhancements to these tools in collaboration with other country stakeholders • Communicate enhancements/requirements to global IT/BPO • Coordinate Super User community in country
Change Management & User Adoption • Communicate changes clearly to users and support transition activities. • Monitor adoption levels and proactively address resistance or skill gaps.
Training & Capability Development • Deliver country-specific onboarding for new tools or processes. • Build local capability to sustain improvements independently.
Stakeholder Engagement • Partner closely with the Country Manager and cross‑functional departments • Serve as the country interface and regularly align with global BPO • Gather and escalate country feedback
Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, operations, supply chain, or related fields. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Operations, business process improvement or project management roles • Experience working in a matrix environment
• Sound understanding of TMS (preferably FLOW operations). • Working knowledge of key systems: CPQ, QRS, myHG, and other HG digital tools. • Process analysis skills, including root-cause identification and solution design. • Basic project management and change management competencies. • Ability to train, coach, and influence others at different levels. • Effective communicator: capable of communicating within teams and with senior leadership. • Continuous improvement mindset; familiar with Lean/Six Sigma concepts is a plus. • Analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and process quality. • High degree of ownership, independence, and ability to perform under pressure.
