This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager __ Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sale of products/systems/services within a designated segment, in line with the industry segment strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.

The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Motor and generator in China. Main stakeholders are MOIM

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Making up national Crane&Port industry strategies based on the practical analysis of regional market situation, ABB product line and regional sales team both from ABB and CP. • Direct reginal industry sales to achieve the annual target base on the regional industry sub-strategy and virtual report mechanism. Developing industry dedicated channel partner networks. • Coordinate sales team to achieve cross region business, including project and OEM order. • Coordinate sales team to achieve cross region business, including project and OEM order.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields). MBA as a plus. • Minimum 5 years working experience in Crane&Port industry related background, familiar with Crane&Port industry, especially the design institute, system integrator and EU resources. • Bright personality and stability can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues. • Good in soft communication skills and preferred leadership. • Good in writing and reading, fluence in English speaking. • Proficient in computer skills, PPT & Excel professional. • Willing to travel business.
