Contact center platform experience is the core: NICE CXone administration and integration, plus Microsoft-stack build work including Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Azure Communication Services, Azure AI (Speech and Foundry), Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
