Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or business transformation efforts. • Financial services, wealth management, banking, or service operations experience. • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority. • Knowledge of service-related functions such as Cash & Banking, Transfers & Rollovers, Estates, or similar operational areas. • Experience documenting business processes and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
