• Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and clients • Welcome visitors, verify identification, and provide directions or assistance as needed • Monitor and manage access control points • Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security and safety concerns • Monitor security equipment and report maintenance or operational issues • Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents and emergencies • Provide first aid when necessary and coordinate with emergency response personnel • Answer questions and provide assistance in person and by phone • Document incidents and prepare clear, accurate security reports • Communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel • Recognize and respond appropriately to potential threats • Help maintain a safe and secure environment for people and property • Represent GardaWorld and our clients with professionalism at all times Qualifications Successful candidates must:
• Be 21 or older • Have a valid driver’s license • Have a high school diploma or GED • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Pass a background check • Have good customer service and communication skills • Have basic computer and phone skills • Have at least 6 months of security, military, or law-enforcement experience • Have an Oklahoma CLEET license, or be able to obtain one • Have no visible tattoos on your face, neck, head, or hands • Have no facial piercings • Not have unnatural hair colors Why Join GardaWorld?
