Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is now accepting applications for the July 2027 Emergency Medicine Fellowship Cohort, offering an exceptional opportunity for nurse practitioners and physician assistants seeking a strong clinical foundation in emergency medicine.
This immersive, clinically focused fellowship is designed to accelerate your development as an EM NP or PA through a combination of hands-on patient care and structured educational experiences. Fellows complete approximately 120 clinical hours and 20 dedicated didactic hours each month, working alongside experienced emergency medicine physicians and APCs in a high-acuity environment.
As part of your training, you'll gain invaluable experience at a Level I Trauma Center while rotating through a variety of emergency medicine settings, including... • Freestanding emergency departments • Community Hospital EDs • Hospital medicine • Trauma services • Point-of-Care ultrasound education alongside ultrasound fellows, with exposure to advanced procedures and bedside diagnostic techniques
