Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives ⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes ⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks ⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration ⦁ Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals ⦁ Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams ⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance ⦁ Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Required Skill and Experience: • Experience in Functional consulting, and solutions architecture. • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills. • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management as well as Project Execution Management. • Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud. • Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR). • Strong understanding of Data models and overall cloud Fusion Architecture including PPM upstream and downstream processes. • Has worked on multiple Oracle Cloud implementation programs. • Hands on experience in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules. • Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
Preferred Skill and Experience: • Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle. • Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes. • Rapid prototyping experience • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours. • Experience in RICEW design.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
