We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary Dominion Energy Virginia’s Electric Transmission (ET)-Project Management Organization (PMO) group is seeking a highly motivated Electric T&D Projects Manager I to support development, quality assurance, and project interface for Generation Interconnect and GI-Option to Build program. This role will serve as the consultant for management and must have the ability to clearly communicate issues and solutions. The primary responsibility for this role includes providing expert project support, direction and advice for the development and implementation of special projects and programs. Perform evaluations, analysis, and support for improvements within Option to Build program. The role requires individual who can apply previous field and technical experience to effectively interface with field and project organizations for within the group.

Provide expert project support to project team for development and application of process tracking and improvements Provide development schedules and documentation to track and ensure teams are meeting milestones to support the organization Review work activities to support Project Execution, Substation Standards, Quality Assurance, and Substation Engineering Identify deviations of standard practices and develop/recommend improvements to existing processes to increase productivity Evaluate and recommend applications and methods considering all stakeholders input to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency Participate in various company teams and industry organizations to enhance Substation Project group performance Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Base Responsibilities for Electric T&D Projects Manager I Responsible for program management or project management of high volume, less complex Electric Transmission or Distribution projects (ex: cable R/P; equipment R/P, lighting & line maintenance). Typically limited or accelerated (template) designs used. Manages adherence to service and/or contract standards. Accomplishes assigned objectives and ensures timely completion of project. Customer base: Typically internal Dominion Reliability, Substation Maintenance; external (Federal Contracting Officer) for privatized maintenance activities. Contract management financial responsibilities (i.e. project settlement, profit/loss & income statements, billing, and Privatization rate base applications.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

5+ years of project management experience in Substation Engineering, Substation Construction, or demonstrated equivalent.

(Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications)

Thorough understanding and knowledge of substation components and their functions. Understanding of substation design drawing packages. Experience in project execution and project management. Strong time management skills with the ability to independently plan and organize work assignments. Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Equally effective with working independently or in a team environment. Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. Firm understanding the principles of transmission and distribution substations. Education Requirements Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

or Associates with (7+ years of project management experience in Substation Engineering, Substation Construction, or demonstrated equivalent)

Preferred Disciplines: Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Liberal Arts
