About the role

Working within the Payroll team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate monthly payroll processes across multiple payrolls, ensuring that HMRC and other statutory requirements are met. You will be a confident communicator, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and support.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week for 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave. Following a training period, there is flexibility to work from home 2 days per week; however, you may be required to attend campus more frequently to meet business needs. Applications from candidates seeking part-time working (29.6 hours per week, 0.8 FTE) will also be considered.

You will be:

Contributing and delivering accurate monthly payroll processes Producing a range of standard payroll documents in an accurate and timely manner Interfacing with customers, partners and stakeholders, provideing advice, communicating changes and responding to enquiries and requests in an effective and timely manner

You will:

Be delivering high volumes of administration and meeting deadlines Have numeracy and literacy at secondary education level (or equivalent demonstrable experience) Be working as part of a team and on own initiative
