ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activityConduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risksWork closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresManage and train a team of loss prevention professionalsMaintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standardsWork with law enforcement and other outside agencies as neededRequirements
Indonesian citizenMinimum of 2-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resortEloquent in English both written and spokenGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeCertified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
