Responsibilities:
Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiriesProcess referrals to cliniciansAssist employees with general inquiriesCoordinate patient/client intakeProvide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiriesRequirements
At least 6 months experience handling a healthcare account (Intake Coordinator)With experience in coordinating with providers and cliniciansGood verbal & written English skillsProficient with MS ToolsAmenable working onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongWilling to work night shiftsBenefits
