WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Our global APR/DA Formulation Development & Application Testing unit deals with the formulation development of crop protection products. Among other things, we work on technical issues to improve the efficacy and applicability of our products. In your new position, you are responsible for the disciplinary management of a team, including laboratory managers, in the area of formulation development and application testing. Your expertise is in demand! You take on the global technical management of a defined indication within formulation development. In addition, you bear global project responsibility for all formulation developments in your area of responsibility. Safety first! You instruct your employees on work, safety, environmental and information protection regulations and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Last but not least, you ensure the performance and quality of all BASF formulations in your area (insecticides, fungicides or herbicides). WHAT YOU OFFER PhD in chemistry, biology, agricultural science or a comparable natural science several years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in the development of crop protection product formulations familiar with processes and technologies in research and development laboratories as well as research planning and control strong communication skills in German and English passion for innovation, leadership skills and teamwork abilities WHAT WE OFFER HOW TO REACH US ABOUT US Diversity is our greatest strength!
