Treasury Senior Analyst Area: Order to Cash Requirements: • Educational: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or comparable. • Experience: Al least 5 years of experience with Treasury • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish • Strong communication skills and outstanding customer focus • Microsoft Office and Experience with SAP is valued Responsibilities: • Responsible for alignment with the Regional Treasury related activities, as well as Corporate Treasury groups including Financing and Markets and Financial Risk Management and the direct engagement with internal stakeholders (in part Accounting, Corporate Tax, Legal,) as well as external engagements with financial institutions, customers, and vendors on Treasury Financing topics. The Treasury Financing areas include but are not limited to risk assessment, regulatory compliance (license to operate), business partner consultancy, and service escalation and issue management. • Performs Financial Derivative risk assessment in accordance with BASF Treasury Finance Group guidelines. Daily hedging calculation create the contracts in the system. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Controls associated with local Treasury activities. Reports associates. • Collaborate with Treasury Financing team members on Treasury Financing topics and provide support related to areas in Financing and Markets • Responsible for collaborating with Regional Treasury on performing bank performance review and ratings as it relates to financial services provided regionally relative to Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Escrows, and Financial Derivatives • Local point of contact to providing solutions for business customer and supplier financing arrangements Participation in Regional and Global projects • Responsable for Audit Process. • Supports flexible and harmonized processes as well as support for new technologies
