Qualifications & Responsabilities: • Technical degree in Computer Science or comparable educational qualifications. • 7+ years of experience in similar positions with proven experience coordinating teams. • Experience overseeing developments of multiple projects simultaneously providing supervision and guidance to development team. • Experience working on large-scale software projects including digital transformations ones and end to end processes. • Demonstrated knowledge of web applications technologies, open source technologies and cybersecurity. • Strong background in any programming language, specially OO and scripting languages. • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential. • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English. • Responsible for the capacity management arranging the development team around the different projects looking for the optimum setup. • Calculate costs & setup timelines that must be agreed with the Internal Business Partners. • Needs to ensure the delivery on time, managing risks, communicating with the business in case of delays, changes in scope or any other issue that might happen during the development phase. • Stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for the delivery of scalable and high-quality software. The Software Development Coordinator will lead the agile development team located in Montevideo’s hub but with strong connection and collaboration with the rest of the hubs located in Europe and Asia. She or he would be responsible of planning and coordinating all the activities of the team for implementing new software solutions. The role would take care of the capacity management looking for the optimal use of the resources assigned to the different projects, responsible to ensure the delivery on time, managing risks, communicating with the business in case of delays, changes in scope or any other issue that might happen during the development phase.
