WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The Head of HR is the strategic driver of people, culture, and organizational effectiveness for the Hub. The role combines strategic partnership, operational excellence, and cultural leadership with strong stakeholder influence across management levels, HR communities, and the Works Council. You steer the Hub’s people strategy while providing senior leaders with clear guidance on talent, leadership, and change topics. At the same time, you drive the adoption of modern, digital HR processes. You lead the Local HR team by fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. Beyond that, you steer HR contributions to safety and compliance. You play an essential role in shaping the People & Culture agenda. In addition, you set HR standards across SDUs and ensure compliance, effective escalation handling, and sound risk management. You build and maintain a strategic, trust‑based relationship with the Works Council. You represent the Hub in divisional and global HR forums, ensuring alignment with broader frameworks and priorities. You facilitate the exchange of HR best practices and help embed them sustainably across the Hub. You empower leaders and high‑potential talents through targeted coaching to strengthen leadership capabilities and thus contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
