Lore - Test AI Functionalities We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lore - Test AI Functionalities specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the efficacy and advancement of our AI initiatives by rigorously testing and refining AI functionalities embedded within our digital platforms. About the Role As an integral member of our digital innovation team, you will be responsible for configuring and managing recommendation engines that serve personalized content and services to our users. You will actively participate in integrated planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline the deployment and performance of AI-powered features. Your expertise will ensure that digital products and services are configured optimally, and that their operations are managed efficiently to maintain high quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and optimize AI recommendation engines to enhance user experience and service personalization. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to conduct integrated planning sessions for AI functionalities and digital product features. Manage the configuration of digital products and services ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements. Oversee the operation of AI-driven digital services, monitoring performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth functionality. Coordinate online content and document management processes to support AI testing and deployment activities. Ensure proper stewardship of product and sustainability data, maintaining integrity and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Continuously test, analyze, and report on AI functionalities to identify issues, verify improvements, and provide actionable feedback for iterative development. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to foster innovation and implement best practices for AI testing and digital product management. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated experience in managing recommendation engines and AI-related digital services. Strong understanding of integrated planning methodologies and digital product lifecycle management. Proficiency in online content and documentation management systems. Experience with product stewardship and sustainability data management is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues during AI testing phases.
