This role significantly impacts the organization by enhancing transparency and fostering innovation in financial processes aligned with market demands. Responsibilities Analyze and report on business performance to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Implement and optimize controlling processes to ensure compliance with group reporting standards and enhance cost efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve financial outcomes and operational excellence. Facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives and market conditions. Promote a growth mindset by providing training and support for controlling tools and methodologies. Education & Expectation A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant professional experience in controlling or financial analysis, with knowledge of industry-specific financial practices. Proficiency in financial software and tools, alongside strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
