RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure effective execution of inbound and outbound transportation (Import & Export) including documentation and system (SAP TM) processes Maintain accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements Drive timely issue resolution, escalation, and continuous improvement across logistics operations Support monitoring of service provider performance against defined KPIs JOIN THE TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of SAP TM processes and transportation management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities Good communication skills (written & spoken English) High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail BENEFITS ABOUT US At BASF, the chemistry is right.
