About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES As individual contributor* and in close collaboration with the regional IT specialist, manage with hands on approach and oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure and non-ERP applications for the Market / Operations / Business Management and End users Manage local IT, IT vendors, ISP and mobile providers Support and cooperate with local/global Vendor Specialists Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures on a local level in alignment with global company policies and procedures Ensure cost effectiveness of IT processes Represent local perspective in global IT projects and initiatives. Gather and prioritize local demand and raise this to vendors or regional IT management as appropriate. Ensure and enforce global IT and data security policies Manage local IT assets Support users with IT related issues Oversee timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages, and manages impact on local IT organization Organize, oversee and carry out training demand and trainings (*the position has no direct reports) QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is advantage, Business Information Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience are more appreciated 5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience 1+ year of Project Management experience is advantage Excellent knowledge of technical management, and of computer hardware/software, especially Microsoft Windows, Office, SharePoint systems Knowledge of MS PowerApps, MS Flow, RPA systems is an advantage Experience in vendor management Strong project planning skills and experience in project management Strong communication and conflict skills Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
