DevOps Engineer – Management Accounting Area - IT Engineer Requirements: Education: Business Information Technologies ( Diplom (University), Master's) or Information Technologies ( Diplom (University), Master's) or comparable degree with several years professional experience in the support/ development environment Basic ABAP programmer skills or other programming language is a plus Experience: Customizing expertise in several submodules related to Accounting, Finance and Consolidation in SAP Systems Macros + SAP Scripting is a plus Skills: Very good communication and team skills; strong business partner orientation and good conflict management skills. Curiosity about and hands-on learning of new technologies and digital products Language: fluent English skills, Portuguese preferred. Main Tasks: Build up a regional liaison with our business partners in the Financial Shared Services Organization and the newly formed Global Business Services organization in Montevideo with regards to projects, change requests or critical incidents Become an integrated part of our global Finance product family and take over regional topics with end-to-end-ownership Contribute to our flexible DevOps delivery by acting as business solution consultant or technical consultant in projects and change requests or resolving complex incidents Show an Agile Mindset and be open for Change following agile principles, methods and tools Perform early consulting for regional requests and support the project preparation phase Drive service transition coordination activities for regional processes or rollout activities Steer our external providers including execution of quality assurance measures (e. g. Technical Gatekeeping) Identify and realize continuous service improvement measures (preventive maintenance) Ensure functional alignment and support knowledge sharing on specific regional processes within the global team and towards our providers Apply our standard tools and processes (e.g. AHD, GSKC, PLC and GRM) while keeping your agile attitude
