Job Title: Programmes Administrator Reference: 374 Department: Computer Science Contract Type: Indefinite Hours: Full-time (1.0 FTE) Closing Date: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 11:59 pm (UK) Full time Salary Range: £36,320 - £46,970 per annum About the Role The role-holder will lead the Student Support team to deliver for our student and staff community across a range of programme administration tasks with key responsibilities including coursework management, examinations and timetabling. You will be joining a team of friendly professionals who are committed to improving student experience at Warwick in our recently refurbished Student Support Office. About You The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. They will have excellent interpersonal skills to provide line management to a team of three direct reports. You will have a desire to continuously improve the student provision and will be enthusiastic about the opportunity to be involved in the development and implementation of new communication initiatives to reach our diverse student cohorts. Hybrid working is available (but not required) for two days per week, subject to business need.
