One role will focus on commercial value, supplier partnerships, and service delivery, while the other will lead demand and capacity planning to support business needs. Together, they will play a key role in developing a more integrated, efficient, and future-ready supply chain capability across the organisation Experience Minimum: 5+yrs experience relevant to logistics, supply chain management At least 2yrs experience leading or managing people or a team Experience relevant to the specific function Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational A relevant tertiary qualification Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - General or Supply Chain Management Knowledge Minimum: Logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, stock control and security General management practices and principles People management practices and principles Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS). Vendor, external 3rd party management Ideal: People/team management Participate in and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand and supply plans with business objectives and logistics capacity.
