Main Purpose Lead the end-to-end governance of the María Eugenia Plant transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, execution, and value capture across projects, continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization, innovation, and investment programs. Act as the integrator between business strategy and operational execution, providing a single, consolidated view of the portfolio and enabling sound decision-making to maximize plant results through disciplined management of priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and benefits. The role is accountable for the success of the governance, portfolio implementation, and transformation model established for the María Eugenia Site. Your mission will be to: Manage the María Eugenia Plant PMO and consolidate an integrated view of all strategic initiatives aimed at delivering €10M in cost savings over the next five years. Ensure portfolio prioritization and alignment with business objectives, the Product Supply strategy, and the plant transformation vision. Coordinate governance processes, decision-making cadences, risk and dependency management, resource allocation, and executive-level performance tracking, working directly with the Site Leadership Team. Co-create the plant transformation roadmap with the leadership team and ensure the sustainable implementation of continuous improvement, innovation, digitalization, productivity, and cost-management initiatives. Monitor and accelerate value capture from strategic projects and initiatives, translating data into robust analysis, actionable recommendations, and transparent portfolio visibility. Partner with Production, APSE at LATAM level, Quality, Engineering, Automation, IT, TSD, Finance, and other functions to ensure effective portfolio execution without relying on hierarchical authority. Act as the site focal point for digitalization and technology transformation initiatives, promoting the deployment of best practices, capabilities, and learnings across functions, sites, and regional or global networks. Govern and track the performance of the integrated plant portfolio, including strategic projects, transformation initiatives, CAPEX and OPEX, innovation and digitalization programs, continuous improvement, onePSS, and Yellow Belt and Green Belt programs. Drive achievement of strategic objectives, execution of priority initiatives, governance maturity, quality and speed of decisions, effective management of risks and resources, adoption of transformation initiatives, and delivery of more than €10M in mapped savings and sustainable business value. Unlock your potential Experience in Project Management, PMO, portfolio governance, or business transformation within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or industrial environments. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, Automation, Finance, and other regional or global stakeholders. Strategic thinking and business acumen to connect the Product Supply and plant strategies with a prioritized portfolio focused on results and value capture. Strong project, program, and portfolio management skills, including governance, prioritization, planning, risk and dependency management, and results-oriented execution. Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX management, business cases, budgeting, financial analysis, cost management, and benefits tracking. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, or Green Belt, as well as Project Management, PMO, Agile, or Scrum practices. Exposure to digital transformation, automation, innovation, or technology implementation projects. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, cross-functional collaboration, change management, communication, and executive presentation skills. Data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability to identify deviations and translate information into actionable recommendations and sustainable results. Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and project and portfolio management tools. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field. Project management certification such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent is preferred; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is also valued. Fluent English and Spanish communication skills for executive-level interaction and presentations.
