POSITION Internal Sales Engineer COUNTRIES OF RESPONSIBILITY Kazakhstan INDUSTRIES OF RESPONSIBILITY Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, Minerals & Metals, Water & Waste water, Food & Beverage, Power & Energy REPORTS TO Country Manager Sales Office Kazakhstan LOCATION Almaty, Kazakhstan EXPECTED TRAVEL TIME 10% EDUCATION Bachelor or Higher technical degree WORK EXPERIENCE Instrumentation, Process Automation, Sales LANGUAGES Russian, Kazakh, English fluent written and spoken COMPETENCES - strong customer orientation - confidences - excellent negotiation - presentation skills - willingness to travel - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook necessary - Experience of using CRM-Salesforce.com is a plus Key Responsibilities Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Outside Sales Engineers (OSEs) in identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and business development initiatives. Collaborate with BDMs, OSEs, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities, generating qualified leads and sales opportunities. Prepare and process technical and commercial quotations, including clarification of commercial, technical, export, and delivery requirements. Create and manage pricing requests in accordance with Endress+Hauser Group pricing policies and special price approval procedures. Review and optimize quotations to ensure compliance with purchasing terms, commercial conditions, export regulations, logistics requirements, and corporate guidelines. Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of quotations and orders, including pricing, delivery schedules, product modifications, certifications, and related requirements. Process technical and commercial orders through internal ERP and sales systems and coordinate execution with Export & Shipping Coordinators (ESCs). Provide customers, BDMs, OSEs, and internal stakeholders with prompt and accurate technical and commercial support. Act as a trusted internal partner during customer negotiations and project discussions. Coordinate and support factory acceptance tests, inspections, and customer visits when required. Proactively identify and support project opportunities within assigned industries and market segments. Support the preparation and execution of country business plans, sales performance analysis, customer service initiatives, and account development activities. Assess and develop the technical and commercial competencies of local channel partners through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, and order information in CRM and related business systems. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes and customer experience.
