The staff, Governors and children of Roxeth Primary School are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated SENCO to join this thriving school. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic leader to be an advocate for SEND pupils in our school with a clear vision of inclusive practice.
You will have:
vision, commitment and the ability to communicate a ‘can do’ attitude
excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate colleagues whilst holding to account
evidence of a track record of raising SEND pupils’ achievement
experience as an effective practitioner in Primary Schools
hold a SEND qualification - National Award for SENCOs or a willingness to work towards the qualification
