Are you an experienced children's therapy clinician with strong operational leadership skills? Are you passionate about improving access to timely enquiries, advice and support for children, young people, families and partners?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Enquiries, Advice and Support (EAS) Operational Lead to join Children and Young People's Integrated Therapies (CYPIT). This role will provide day-to-day operational leadership for the CYPIT wide EAS service.
You will work closely with CYPIT service leads, professional leads, clinicians and early help partners to coordinate delivery, support service improvement and ensure children, young people and families receive clear, consistent and responsive advice and support.
This is a varied leadership role for someone who can combine clinical knowledge, effective people management, data-informed service planning and partnership working to support safe, high-quality and accessible children's therapy services.
You will also contribute to the development of our online early help offer, training webinars and information about how to access CYPIT support, helping to strengthen early intervention and improve the experience of families and referrers.
The post holder may be required to travel across Trust premises to meet service needs, with the base to be confirmed.
This is a full time role, part-time considered.
Main duties of the job
Provide day-to-day operational management of the CYPIT EAS service.
Line manage defined staff, supporting recruitment, induction, appraisal, sickness absence and performance in line with Trust policies.
Plan, coordinate and evaluate service delivery, using performance information, audit and outcome measures to support improvement and ensure targets are met.
Work with CYPIT leaders, clinicians and partners to develop consistent pathways, reduce risk and improve quality and clinical effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of online early help information, training webinars and guidance about referrals and support available.
Represent the service at internal and external meetings and maintain effective links with early help partners.
Hold a clinical caseload where required and deputise for CYPIT service leads as needed.

The must haves for this role:
1. A recognised AHP qualification, HCPC registration and post-graduate education relevant to the clinical area of the post.
2. In-depth experience of clinical work within childrens services, with the ability to apply sound clinical knowledge to support service delivery and advise others.
3. Evidence of leadership, including staff management, supervision or mentoring, service development, project delivery or leading change in practice.
4. Strong communication, partnership working and organisational skills, with experience of using data, audit or outcome measures to inform service planning and improvement.
