The role will be based at the Hospital and in addition to working with different teams, the postholder will offer consistent support on our departmental front desk at the hospital.

Main duties of the job
To provide a friendly, high quality and efficient administrative service to the Workforce Directorate based at Royal Papworth Hospital including diary management, photocopying and responding to emails under the direction of departmental managers.
To greet and guide visitors to Workforce and providing a signposting service.
To provide support to the Employee Relations and Medical Staffing teams, as directed.
To support preparation of Trust ID badges, access and smartcard allocation and support Recruitment and Medical Staffing teams during onboarding.
