Work Experience Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Modeller / Detailer with strong expertise in PTC Creo Sheet Metal for 3D modeling, detailing, and engineering documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal design, manufacturing practices, and PLM systems, with the ability to work effectively in a global engineering environment. Key Responsibilities • Create and modify sheet metal 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo. • Prepare detailed engineering documentation and release drawings. • Ensure designs comply with manufacturing and shop floor requirements. • Develop and maintain BOMs, part structures, and engineering documentation. • Manage CAD data and product structures within PLM systems. • Collaborate with global engineering teams to support design and detailing activities. • Review drawings for manufacturability, accuracy, and quality standards. • Support engineering change implementation and document updates. Mandatory Skills • Expert-level experience in PTC Creo Sheet Metal Module (Modeling & Detailing). • Strong knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication practices. • Understanding of sheet metal materials, gauges, standard sizes, and manufacturing processes. • Experience with PLM tools such as Windchill or Teamcenter. • Engineering drawing creation and interpretation. • BOM management and engineering documentation. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills • AutoCAD. • Diesel Generator product knowledge. • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. • Design for Manufacturing (DFM). • Change Management and Revision Control.
