The Opportunity This position supports Operations within the Cancer Diagnostics business. As the Lead Operations Delivery Manager, you'll lead end-to-end execution of complex Operations programs across functions and sites in a regulated medical device and biotechnology environment. Serving as the primary Operations point of accountability, you'll align strategy, priorities, resources, and timelines to support product availability, compliance, supply continuity, cost, quality, and broader business objectives. You'll act as a change leader for new product introductions, system implementations, and process transformations while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, trade-offs, governance, and executive-level communication.
What You'll Work On
• Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-site Operations programs, serving as the single point of accountability for scope, objectives, milestones, execution, and program outcomes. • Align Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing, and other business functions to support product availability, lifecycle management, supply continuity, compliance, cost, quality, and service objectives. • Drive major change initiatives including new product introductions, ERP and planning-system implementations, and process transformations while ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimizing operational disruption. • Proactively identify and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, constraints, budgets, and trade-offs; lead scenario analysis and structured decision-making to resolve competing priorities. • Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and performance dashboards that provide visibility into program health, operational impacts, benefits realization, risks, and decisions required from senior leadership. • Lead through influence in a matrixed organization, coordinating resources across reporting structures while maintaining accountability for successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the essential duties; or an associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience. • 8+ years of experience within Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain. • Demonstrated experience leading projects and/or project teams, including accountability for results in a matrixed organization. • 3+ years of experience in a biotechnology manufacturing facility working within cGMP, FDA-regulated, ISO 13485, and LDT environments and standards. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. • Ability and means to travel between local locations up to 50% and travel approximately 10% away from the primary work location, which may include overnight or weekend travel. • Current authorization to work in the country where the work will be performed without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. • Experience with qPCR or NGS assay development, design transfer, or product support. • Experience with supply chain or Operations ERP systems.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
