IT Support Intern 📍Roodeport South Africa 📅 12-Month Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our BTS team as an IT Support Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT support, service delivery, Microsoft 365 administration, asset management, and IT operations within a leading global healthcare organization.

What You'll Work On

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues. • Log, monitor, and update support tickets using IT service management tools. • Assist with configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and account setup. • Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access requests. • Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records. • Update IT documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures. • Follow up on incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution. • Assist with testing new hardware, software, and technology solutions. • Support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Deliver professional, customer-focused support to end users. • Qualifications Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric). • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or S+ will be advantageous. • No previous work experience required. • Candidates with internship, learnership, practical training, or technical support exposure are encouraged to apply.
