About this role
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or aboveExperience of working within an EYFS settingA good understanding of child development and the EYFS frameworkKnowledge of early phonics and supporting communication and language developmentExperience of supporting children with SEND or an understanding of inclusive practiceGood literacy, numeracy and communication skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleaguesExperience of supporting learning through play and structured activitiesConfidence using ICT, including iPads, computers and educational appsA positive, flexible and reliable approach to workThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamA strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection proceduresGCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
